The Back Home Festival is held annually in beautiful downtown New Martinsville, WV.
SHUTTLES
Shuttle services will run to and from all New Martinsville hotels and motels, the Wetzel County 4H Grounds, and as far south as Paden City. Pick up and drop off points will be clearly marked for festival goers.
ACTIVITIES IN THE PARK
New Martinsville, WV, is home to some fabulous parks. The New Martinsville Parks & Recreation Department is offering a $1 Day on Saturday, June 24th in conjunction with our festival. Festival goers are encouraged to visit our parks and take part of activities such as swimming, miniature golf, and paddle boating, all for only $1 each!

Shuttle services are provided. They cover all New Martinsville hotels and motels, the Wetzel County 4H Grounds, and as far south as Paden City. Pick up and drop off points will be clearly marked for festival goers.

ALCOHOL WRISTBANDS
In order to purchase alcohol you MUST first get a "21 and over" wristband. Wristbands must be kept on at all times and are non transferable. If anyone is caught giving their wristband to someone else they will be asked to leave the festival.

TICKET WRISTBANDS
Once you receive your ticket wristband it must be WORN at all times. Ticket wristbands are non transferable. If you lose your wristband, you must purchase a new one. If anyone is caught giving their wristband to someone else they will be asked to leave the festival.
SECURITY
New Martinsville, WV, is blessed to be served by truly fantastic law enforcement. Off and on duty, uniformed police officers will be present during the entire duration of the festival to ensure the safety of festival goers. Our county and city officers are cordial, polite, and fair. We expect festival goers to return the same courtesy.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages are available to festival goers over the age of 21 who have proper, state issued photo identification. The Back Home Festival reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who is deemed to be intoxicated.
WEATHER
The Back Home Festival is a rain or shine event.

* Glass bottles
* Laser Pointers
* Coolers
* Pets
* Bullhorns and noisemakers
* Remote controlled flying devices or UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles)
* Bad attitudes

Please be aware of additional things you may need money for:
*Reserved RV or tent camping at the 4H grounds (primitive camping is free at the marina)
*Shuttle services
*Late Night music at the Lincoln Theater
*Back Home Festival T-Shirts
*A delicious meal from a vendor
*A delicious meal from a local restaurant
*Beer and drinks (sold by the organizers to grow the festival next year)
*Merchandise from one of many fabulous vendors
